Due to the perishable nature of our non-alcoholic apéritifs, we are unable to accept physical returns of opened or unopened bottles. If your order arrived damaged or you are unsatisfied with your experience, please reach out to us within 14 days of delivery for a resolution.
Inspect Your Shipment
Upon arrival, please check your package for any signs of leakage or glass breakage that may have occurred during transit.
Gather Evidence
If your items are damaged, take a clear photo of the product and the shipping box as it arrived to help us process your claim.
Contact Our Team
Email your order number and photos to our support team, and we will get back to you within 48 hours to arrange a refund or replacement.
Recycle the Rest
Since we do not require you to mail the product back, please safely dispose of any damaged glass and recycle the cardboard packaging.
